Job Title: Product Implementation Trainee
Location: Ekkatuthangal, Chennai
Experience: Freshers
Qualification: B.Sc. Computer Science / B.Tech IT or a relevant degree

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in implementing and configuring HRMS software based on client requirements.
- Understand HR processes such as employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, and other HRMS modules.
- Gather client requirements and support the configuration of HRMS modules accordingly.
- Assist in data migration, system testing, and validation to ensure accurate implementation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and timely delivery.
- Provide basic product training and support to clients during onboarding.
- Troubleshoot basic functional issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.




- Prepare implementation documents and maintain project records.

Requirements

- A degree in B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech IT, or a relevant field.
- Basic understanding of software applications and IT concepts.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and understand product functionalities.
- Internship experience in software implementation, testing, or technical support will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
