Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, performance management, and retention.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and organizational development activities.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESI, and other HR regulations.
- Develop compensation and benefits structures, salary benchmarking, and annual appraisal processes.
- Monitor employee performance and implement effective performance evaluation systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Coordinate with department heads and senior management on manpower planning and HR-related decisions.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and present HR metrics to management.
- Drive training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and productivity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.




- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with relevant leadership or managerial experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and labour law compliance.
- Experience in handling HR teams and managing the complete employee lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to develop HR strategies and implement effective people management practices.
- Proficiency in HRMS, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry will be preferred.
- Strong experience in strategic HR management and team leadership.
- Candidates who can join immediately or have a short notice period are preferred.
