About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Pune. Candidates with basic educational qualifications, positive communication skills, and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Immediate joiners residing in Pune will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain daily call records and update customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve daily calling targets and assigned business objectives.

Eligibility Criteria





- Basic educational qualification is sufficient.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Must be currently residing in Pune.
- Immediate joiners are mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Comfortable speaking on the phone and interacting with customers.
- Willingness to learn and work towards targets.
