Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other platforms.
- Maintain and update customer details in the CRM software.
- Follow up with new leads and existing customers regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.
- Schedule site visits and property appointments for customers.
- Update lead status and maintain accurate customer records.
- Contact customers to understand their requirements and property preferences.
- Provide project details, pricing, and other information to customers.
- Track customer feedback and follow up on interested clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all potential customers.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with customers until the booking and documentation process is completed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).




- Knowledge of CRM software.
- Good telephone and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
- Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred.

Qualifications

- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Experience in Real Estate CRM or Customer Support will be an added advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Number of customer follow-ups completed.
- Lead conversion and site visit coordination.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Accuracy of CRM data.
- Timely updating of customer information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
