- Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and handle joining formalities.
- Conduct employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of current hires.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes.
- Ensure HR documentation and processes align with organizational standards.
- Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
