Location: Mumbai - Powai

Reporting to: Training Manager

Overview:

To support the Training Manager in Mumbai and TMS Coordinators in Glasgow in deliver of the training team function. This includes providing support to the training, cadet and administration function

Responsibilities / Requirements / Experience:

- Updating Client crewing system with regards to certification, records and other information as required.
- Utilizing training provider booking portals where applicable.
- Liaise with Approved training providers to source options for client training requirements.
- Arrange logistics for training courses including course booking, flights and accommodation as required.
- Issue feedback forms and collate/follow up on responses to be discussed with TMS Manager.
- Offering routine guidance to internal and external stakeholders on issues related to training queries and related accommodation arrangements, escalating to the manager where required.
- Updating and maintenance of PO numbers and associated company booking forms.




- Preparation of and administration of Training Bond for specific high value courses as directed by the client.
- Ensuring correct invoicing instructions given to providers, training and travel.
- Assist in the creation of reports as required by the client and stakeholders.
- Completing work assigned in given timeframe.
- Support the wider training team from time to time as required.
- Occasional travel, locally or internationally as required by business.
- Graduate or equivalent experience required
