Key Responsibilities

- Beverage Preparation: Consistently prepare espresso-based drinks, milk coffee, cold brews, and specialty beverages to exact recipe and presentation standards.
- Machine Calibration: Dial in grinders, check extraction times, and adjust grind sizes throughout the shift for optimal flavor profiles.
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, make tailored menu recommendations, and resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to local food safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination guidelines; sanitize equipment, prep areas, and seating spaces regularly.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor stock levels for coffee beans, dairy, syrups, and packaging; assist with daily or weekly stock counts and replenishment.
- Till & Cash Handling: Operate the POS system, process cash and digital payments accurately, and reconcile daily sales.
- Team Support: Assist the store manager during peak rushes and help onboard or guide junior baristas.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on barista experience in a busy café,



hotel, or specialty coffee shop.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree, hotel management diploma, or specialty coffee certification (e.g., SCA) is an advantage.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with commercial espresso machines, manual/automatic grinders, and milk-steaming wands.
- Working knowledge of latte art (hearts, rosettas, tulips).
- Strong understanding of bean origins, roast profiles, and extraction science.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive team-first attitude.
- Physical & Schedule Flexibility: Ability to stand for long shifts, lift up to 10–15 kg supplies, and work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
