JOB DESCRIPTION – EMT TECHNICIAN

Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
Location: Perumbavoor
Department: Emergency Medicine / Emergency Services
Qualification: B.Sc Accident and Medical Care Technology.
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Medical Technology, Emergency and Trauma Care Technology, or another relevant recognized healthcare qualification.
- Relevant emergency care training or certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide immediate emergency medical care and first aid to patients.
- Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
- Perform CPR and basic life support within the scope of training and authorization.
- Assist in managing trauma, cardiac emergencies, and other medical emergencies.
- Support doctors and nurses in emergency procedures and patient stabilization.
- Ensure secure patient transfer and ambulance transportation, where applicable.




- Maintain emergency equipment, medical supplies, and patient records.
- Follow hospital protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards.
- Work in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and patient assessment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to handle emergency equipment and assist with patient transfers.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a hospital emergency department, trauma centre, or ambulance service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with the required qualification may apply.or

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
