Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer – L1 to manage desktop support, basic server troubleshooting, networking, backups, and end-user IT issues at our customer site in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

- IT support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and workstations.
- Server hardware installation, operating system (OS) installation, and troubleshooting.
- Active Directory (AD/ADC) setup and policy management for users across the organization.
- Network security configuration and policy management.
- LAN/WAN management and firewall policy administration.




- VPN/P2P management and network switch configuration across multiple locations.
- Antivirus and endpoint security management.
- Data backup solutions using cloud storage, NAS, and SAN, including rule creation.
- Data and file backup and restoration.
- ERP support.
- Firewall Policy configuration and management.

Education & Experience

- Graduation in IT, Computer Science, B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
