We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our Ayurveda Hospital sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient leads, understanding their health concerns, explaining suitable Ayurveda treatment programs, following up with potential patients, and converting leads into consultations, medicine sales, and IPD/Panchakarma bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand patients' health concerns and requirements and provide relevant information about Ayurveda treatments.
- Explain treatment packages, consultation processes, Panchakarma therapies, medicines, and hospital facilities.
- Follow up regularly with interested patients and maintain proper communication until conversion.
- Convert leads into OPD consultations, IPD admissions, Panchakarma programs, and medicine sales.
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, conversions, and patient interactions in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Build a positive relationship with patients and maintain a professional and empathetic approach.
- Coordinate with doctors and the patient-care team whenever required for patient queries.
- Handle objections related to treatment cost, duration, travel, results, and other concerns professionally.
- Follow up with old/inactive leads and generate repeat business wherever appropriate.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all hot and high-potential leads.
- Share daily/weekly sales reports with the reporting manager.
- Maintain proper follow-up schedules and ensure that no lead is missed.
- Work closely with the team to achieve overall department targets.
- Participate in regular sales training and improve product, Ayurveda, communication, and closing skills.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow hospital policies and ethical sales practices.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
