Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate college buses / vehicles and drivers
- Plan and monitor daily routes, timings, and student pickup & drop arrangements
- Ensure vehicles are maintained properly and are fit for use
- Maintain records of fuel, maintenance, driver attendance, and route-wise student lists
- Address transport-related complaints and issues promptly
- Ensure students board and alight safely and follow discipline during travel
- Bring any problems related to vehicles, drivers, or routes to the attention of the management
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure adherence to schedules and safety norms

Requirements

- Educational qualification is not mandatory (any degree or diploma will be an advantage)
- Prior experience in transport operations (college, school, or fleet management)

- Should be disciplined, responsible, and able to manage drivers and students
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and report issues promptly

Advantages

- Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month
- Food and accommodation can be discussed if required
