Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Sales & Marketing skilled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying current business opportunities, acquiring new projects, building client relationships, and contributing to the organization's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities and project leads.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government departments, PSUs, consultants, contractors, builders, and private-sector clients.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new clients, projects, and growth opportunities.
- Arrange client meetings, deliver presentations, and promote the organization's capabilities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Maintain records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the acquisition of new projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a technical, engineering, construction, or project-based industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Smart, proactive, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and bring in new projects.
- Knowledge of government tenders, PSU projects, and e-procurement processes will be an advantage.
- Technical knowledge or an engineering background will be preferred.
- Good networking skills and the ability to communicate with decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in sales and marketing for project-based businesses.
- Candidates who have successfully acquired new projects or clients in previous roles.
- Candidates with government and private-sector client networks.
- Candidates who can work independently, identify opportunities, and convert them into business.

Key Objective

- To generate new leads, promote the organization's capabilities, acquire new projects, and support overall sales and revenue growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
