Vanabandhu Naturals is a Bhopal-based agribusiness and social enterprise working with rural and tribal producers to build smart, sustainable supply chains for agriculture and forest produce. We offer natural products including wild honey, cold-pressed oils, ghee, millets, and millet-based foods.

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Food Technology graduates to support product development, quality assurance, food safety, packaging, and production operations at Vanabandhu Naturals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in product development, formulation, and testing for natural food products.
- Support quality control and quality assurance across production and packaging.
- Maintain hygiene, food safety, and FSSAI-related documentation.
- Conduct basic laboratory tests, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
- Monitor raw materials, finished products, packaging, and storage conditions.
- Support process improvement,



standardization, and traceability.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and marketing teams.
- Prepare reports, records, and compliance-related documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology/food science.
- Strong interest in natural foods, nutrition, quality, and sustainable food systems.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, FSSAI norms, GMP, and laboratory practices.
- Positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in a production/processing environment and travel when required.
