Business Development Manager – OEM Business

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current OEM customers, manufacturers, brands, and system integrators.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, exhibitions, and industry connections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM clients and business partners.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, production, R&D;, quality, and purchase teams.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, product presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.




- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order closure and customer relationship management.
- Develop new business opportunities for customized products, private labeling, and OEM partnerships.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and new business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, MIS reports, and regular management updates.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups and outstanding collections.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings.
