JOB DETAILS

Position: Business Development & Marketing Executive
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives on achieving sales targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Identify and generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
✅ Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
✅ Promote our services, including website development, branding, digital marketing, SEO, UI/UX design, and AI automation.
✅ Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
✅ Manage client communication, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
✅ Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
✅ Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.




✅ Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
✔ Experience in IT services or digital marketing sales will be preferred.
✔ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
✔ Ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close deals.
✔ Positive understanding of B2B sales and client relationship management.
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
