Basil is a growing food and beverage brand serving fresh refreshments, smoothies, shakes, wraps, and sandwiches. We’re looking for friendly, dependable Team Members to help create a welcoming experience for every customer.

Role overview

As a Team Member, you’ll support day-to-day store operations, prepare and serve orders, and help keep the store clean, stocked, and ready for customers. You’ll work closely with your team to deliver fast, attentive service.

What you’ll do

- Welcome customers, answer questions, and take orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve drinks and food according to Basil’s recipes and quality standards.
- Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system, as needed.
- Keep the counter, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.




- Support opening, closing, and routine store tasks.
- Work collaboratively during busy periods and help the team meet service standards.

What we’re looking for

- A friendly, customer-focused approach and clear communication.
- Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Attention to cleanliness and safe food handling.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Prior experience in food service or retail is helpful but not essential.
