RecruitSetu HR Solutions is looking for an experienced and skilled Site Engineer (Civil) for a construction project, preferably with experience in residential projects.
Job Location: Durgapur, West Bengal
Position: Site Engineer (Civil)
Experience: 4–5 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 per month
Project Type: Residential Construction Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.
Check construction materials and ensure proper utilization.
Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction practices.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project management teams.
equired Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant site engineering experience.
- Residential construction project experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
- Ability to manage workers, contractors, and daily site activities.
- Knowledge of material estimation, measurement, and quality control.
- Valuable coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
