Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the complete operational process of modular kitchen projects, from order confirmation to production, delivery, and installation. The candidate should have strong coordination, team management, and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and installation teams.
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and material availability. Ensure timely delivery and installation at customer sites.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Manage vendors, site teams,



and installation teams effectively

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in modular kitchen/interior operations.
- Hands-on experience in modular interiors and project execution.
- Strong experience in manpower planning and team coordination.
- Valuable network and working relationships with skilled carpenter teams.
- Good knowledge of installation and site management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
