Sales Representative – IT Services

We are looking for a Sales Representative – IT Services to connect with potential business clients, identify sales opportunities, explain our IT services, and help acquire current customers.

The role involves B2B prospecting, outbound communication, understanding business requirements, presenting relevant IT solutions, following up with interested prospects, and supporting the sales process from initial contact to deal closure. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers and capable of identifying businesses that may need technology, website development, software development, or related digital services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research businesses that may require IT services, software solutions, website design, website development, or digital marketing services.
- Find relevant decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, Business Owners, Directors, IT Managers, and Marketing Heads.
- Research potential clients using Google Search, LinkedIn, Google Maps, company websites, business directories, and other relevant sources.
- Initiate contact through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other approved sales channels.
- Introduce the company’s services and explain relevant solutions based on each prospect’s business requirements.
- Understand client needs, project expectations, business challenges, and potential technology requirements.
- Qualify prospects based on their service requirements, level of interest, and potential business fit.
- Schedule meetings and sales discussions with interested prospects and coordinate with the Business Development or technical team when required.
- Share relevant service information, proposals, quotations,



and other sales materials with potential clients.
- Follow up with prospects, answer initial questions, address objections, and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are communicated accurately and opportunities are handed over smoothly.
- Maintain prospect details, call records, follow-up schedules, responses, and sales pipeline updates using CRM software, Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Work toward sales activity targets, qualified opportunities, client acquisition, and revenue goals.

Experience

Relevant experience in sales, B2B sales, sales representation, lead generation, or business development is preferred. Experience selling IT services, software development, website design, website development, or other B2B technology services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
