Job Description
Digital Growth Partner is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidding Executive who has hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, preparing winning proposals, connecting with potential clients, and generating new business opportunities through freelancing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork and Fiverr.
- Bid on projects that match the company's services and business goals.
- Prepare personalized and compelling proposals to attract potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with prospective clients.
- Handle initial client communication and understand project requirements.
- Negotiate with potential clients and coordinate with the internal team.
- Maintain records of bids, proposals, responses, and conversions.
- Work towards achieving monthly bidding and revenue targets.
Skills & Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Upwork and Fiverr bidding.
- Hands-on experience with online bidding and freelancing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal-writing and client-handling abilities.
- Understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Ability to identify relevant projects and convert opportunities into clients.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bidding for digital marketing, SEO, website development, or related services.
- Knowledge of client acquisition strategies and sales processes.
- Experience handling international clients.
