Funku Online Retail Services is an e-commerce service provider based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We help businesses and entrepreneurs establish and grow their online presence by assisting them with selling their products on leading e-commerce marketplaces.

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our team and help onboard new sellers who want to start or expand their online selling business.

Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective sellers through telecalling, explaining our e-commerce services, and converting prospects into active marketplace sellers.

The candidate will work towards a monthly target across Amazon, Meesho and JioMart by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and following up with prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective sellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, traders, retailers and business owners.
- Identify businesses interested in starting or expanding their online sales.
- Explain the benefits of selling on Different marketplaces.
- Promote the company's e-commerce services, including seller account registration, marketplace onboarding and related seller support services.
- Understand the prospective seller's business requirements, product categories and online selling objectives.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects through telephone calls, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.




- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and coordinate their onboarding process.
- Collect the necessary seller information and documents required for marketplace registration.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure timely account setup and product launch.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales activities in the company's CRM or reporting system.
- Achieve the monthly target.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, pending leads and conversion status to the reporting manager.

Salary and Incentives

Monthly Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000, including fixed salary and performance-based incentives.

The compensation structure will be based on the candidate's experience, sales ability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.




- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and speaking with business owners.
- Ability to explain services clearly and handle customer objections professionally.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation and lead-conversion skills.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge, including email, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
- Interest in e-commerce, online marketplaces and business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, lead generation or business development will be preferred.
- Experience in different marketplace onboarding or e-commerce services will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with confidence, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
