Job Description

Vogue Tourism LLP is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented TeleSales Executives to join our growing travel and tourism team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our travel services, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into bookings.

Freshers and experienced candidates with valuable communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our travel and tourism services, including domestic and international tour packages, holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and customized travel solutions.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable travel packages and services.
- Explain package details, itineraries, pricing, benefits, and special offers to prospective customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries, resolve concerns, and address objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information, call records, booking inquiries, and follow-up updates in the CRM.
- Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales support.




- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements

- Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years of age.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM software.
- A positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, follow up effectively, and work toward sales targets.
- An interest in travel, tourism, and customer service will be an added advantage.
