Job Overview

Rahi Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dedicated Hospital Manager to oversee hospital operations, administration, staff management, and patient services. The candidate should have strong experience in the healthcare sector and the ability to ensure smooth hospital functioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day hospital operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Monitor patient services and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Handle hospital administration, billing, and documentation.
- Manage staff attendance, duty schedules, discipline, and performance.
- Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and other hospital resources.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.




- Coordinate with management and senior authorities regarding hospital performance.
- Support internal audits, quality control, and operational improvements.

Eligibility & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (Healthcare or Hospital Administration preferred).
- 6–10 years of experience in the healthcare or hospital sector.
- Previous hospital management or hospital administration experience is mandatory.
- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and hospital documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant hospital management experience.
- Strong administrative and operational management skills.
- Ability to handle staff, patients, and hospital operations independently.
- Responsible, professional, and result-oriented.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
