Job Summary:

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, measurement preparation, manpower and labour management, coordination with client-side supervisors, and reporting to the project manager. The candidate must be able to read and understand civil drawings and ensure that all work is executed as per the drawings and instructions issued by the client.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Daily Measurement Sheet: Prepare and maintain daily measurement sheets for completed work, including quantities and work progress.
- Reporting to Manager: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager regarding daily work progress, manpower deployment, material requirements, site issues, and work completion status.
- Client Coordination: Coordinate with client-side supervisors, discuss daily work activities, clarify site requirements, and resolve execution-related issues in consultation with the Project Manager.
- Labour Management: Manage and supervise labour at the site to ensure proper work allocation, productivity, discipline, and timely completion of assigned activities.
- Manpower Arrangement:



Identify manpower requirements in advance and coordinate the deployment of additional workers whenever required to meet project schedules.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, understand, and interpret civil and structural drawings, dimensions, levels, and specifications before starting work.
- Execution as per Client Drawings: Ensure that all civil works are executed strictly according to the latest drawings and instructions issued by the client. Report any discrepancies or site-related issues to the concerned manager before proceeding with the work.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of civil site execution and supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Experience in measurement sheets and quantity calculations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage labour and arrange manpower as required.
- Knowledge of daily progress reporting and site documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with client representatives and project management teams.

Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: As per project requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
