Position Details

- Job Title: Front Office Executive
- Department: Front Office & Guest Relations
- Location: The Nature Land Wellness Resort, Galudih, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304
- Experience: 1–2 years preferred
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Hotel Management candidates preferred
- Food & Accommodation: Provided by the company

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and create an excellent first impression.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, room bookings, and reservations.
- Handle telephone calls, guest inquiries, and reservation requests professionally.
- Maintain guest records, booking details, and front office documentation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Assist guests with their requirements and resolve complaints courteously.
- Manage billing, payment coordination, and basic computer-based reporting.




- Ensure the front desk maintains skilled standards and delivers a memorable guest experience.

What We Are Looking For

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a guest-first attitude.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- A responsible, polite, and service-oriented approach.
