- Provide on-site technical support to customers at corporate offices and other client locations.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and basic networking issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems, drivers, applications, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot printer issues, connectivity problems, LAN, Wi-Fi, and other network-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine system health checks.
- Support customers with IT infrastructure and end-user technical problems.
- Respond to service requests and resolve issues within the agreed timelines.
- Maintain service reports, technical documentation, and customer visit records.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified communication and timely service.
- Travel to customer locations across Coimbatore as required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
