Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans for architectural, civil, and real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical drafting, drawing standards, and coordination with architects, engineers, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural, civil, and technical drawings based on project requirements and design specifications.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
- Interpret sketches, design concepts, specifications, and instructions from architects and engineers.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, dimensional accuracy, and applicable drafting standards.
- Assist in preparing site layouts, land plans, building plans, and construction details.
- Coordinate with architecture, engineering,



and site execution teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and project documentation.
- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and other technical documentation when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural, civil, or construction drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Understanding of dimensions, scales, measurements, and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple drawings and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
- Familiarity with residential and commercial building plans.
- Knowledge of site layouts, land development plans, and construction documentation.
- Understanding of local building regulations and approval drawings.

Work Details

- Working Days: Monday to Friday; Saturdays as required based on work.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Work Location: Jayanagar 7th Block, Bengaluru.
- Work Mode: Full time, Work From Office.
