Job Opening: Customer Service Agent (US Process)

KD Associates Buffalo Inc. is hiring experienced and reliable Customer Service Agents to handle our strong inbound leads and existing customers. We provide services in landscaping, tree services, and home improvement.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Make outbound and occasional cold calls to understand customer requirements.
- Qualify and categorize leads based on required services.
- Book appointments for small-scale services and jobs.
- Follow provided scripts and maintain professional communication.
- Prepare and send estimates and invoices.
- Record payments and pending balances.
- Use web and mobile applications for daily operations.
- Follow instructions from Sales Executives and Management.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.

Requirements

Qualification:

- High School qualification is mandatory.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 5 years of International Customer Service experience.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling USA clients (Required).

Skills:

- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Proven phone sales and closing ability.
- Ability to communicate professionally with US customers.

Expectations

- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.




- Understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints related to services.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to Sales Executives.
- Follow up with customers and support the sales process.
- Continuously improve service knowledge.
- Learn and efficiently use required web and mobile applications.
- Prepare estimates, send invoices, and maintain payment records.
