Job Title: Medical Billing Executive – Prior Authorization

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Executive to join our US Healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for handling radiology prior authorization requests, verifying insurance information, reviewing clinical documentation, and coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure timely authorization of medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process prior authorization requests for radiology and diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
- Review clinical documents and patient information for authorization requirements.
- Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending, approved, or denied requests.
- Maintain accurate records and meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and HIPAA guidelines.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve authorization-related queries.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable English communication and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn US healthcare processes.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the hiring requirements.
- Ability to work in rotational or US night shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills:

Basic English speaking
