1. Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Operator to manage daily data entry activities, maintain accurate records, update company databases, and ensure proper documentation. The candidate should have valuable typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and proficiency in MS Excel.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update data accurately into company systems and software.
- Maintain records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and update daily reports in MS Excel.
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors wherever required.
- Maintain physical and digital documentation.
- Handle invoices, bills, forms, and other office-related data.
- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Complete assigned data entry tasks within deadlines.
- Perform general back-office and administrative activities.

3. Required Skills





- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of MS Word and computer operations.
- Good data management and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

4. Educational Qualification

- Minimum HSC / Graduate.
- Computer knowledge or relevant certification will be an advantage.

5. Experience

- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry / Back Office Operations.

- Timely report submission.
- Proper record maintenance.
- Minimum data entry errors.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
