Job Summary

Monitor Control-M jobs and batch schedules in production. Identify failed, delayed, held, or long-running jobs. Perform first-level troubleshooting of job failures based on SOPs and runbooks. Restart, rerun, hold, or release jobs as per approved procedures. Monitor critical batch schedules and job completion. Check job dependencies, prerequisites, and execution status. Raise and update incidents for failed or delayed jobs. Coordinate with Application, Database, Windows, Linux, and other resolver teams. Escalate complex Control-M issues to L2/L3 with relevant logs and error details. Track unresolved batch failures through closure. Perform routine operational health checks. Support approved standard changes and maintenance activities. Provide transparent shift handovers for pending failures and critical batch activities. Maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation. Follow ITIL Incident, Request, and Change Management processes. Support 24x7 production operations as required.
