Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced PMO Finance professional with a strong background in banking and financial project management. The candidate will support project governance, financial tracking, budgeting, reporting, and coordination to ensure projects are delivered within planned timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor project budgets, expenses, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
- Track project costs, resource utilization, actuals, and variances against budgets.
- Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control activities.
- Coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and business stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, financial records, and governance reports.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with banking processes, financial controls, and reporting standards.
- Support monthly financial closures, reconciliations,



and management reviews as required.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in PMO Finance, Financial PMO, or Project Financial Management.
- Strong experience in the banking or financial services domain.
- Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Experience with MIS reports, dashboards, variance analysis, and financial reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management or financial reporting tools is an advantage.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹336,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
