Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in US/UK accounting processes. The candidate should have practical knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, invoicing, and accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks. The role involves supporting daily accounting operations for international clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain and update daily accounting records and bookkeeping entries
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and purchase entries
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, and receipts
- Prepare financial reports and support audit documentation
- Work on bookkeeping for US/UK clients as per accounting standards
- Coordinate with senior accountants and clients when required
- Use accounting software like Xero,



QuickBooks, and MS Excel efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Basic understanding of US/UK accounting processes
- Hands-on experience with Xero and QuickBooks is mandatory
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and reconciliation
- Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with international accounting exposure will be an added advantage
- B.Com / M.Com / relevant accounting qualification preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
