Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related activities.
- Assist with payroll inputs, overtime records, and monthly attendance reports.
- Address employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR documentation and support statutory compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream; a qualification in HR or Business Administration is preferred.




- 1–2 years of experience in HR or HR administration is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation.
- Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
