Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online sales channels, product listings, order processing, inventory updates, and day-to-day marketplace operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
- Handle online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company website.
- Process orders, coordinate dispatches, and monitor delivery status.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely inventory updates.
- Monitor product performance, sales reports, returns, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.
- Ensure product listings comply with marketplace guidelines.




- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility and online sales.

Requirements

- Graduate in any stream; a relevant qualification is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Solid communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
