We are looking for a confident and motivated IT Software Sales Executive to handle leads generated through Google Ads, social media campaigns, and other digital marketing channels. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, demonstrating our software products, and converting qualified leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads generated through Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital campaigns.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software/products.
- Conduct online or in-person software/product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and subscription plans clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and potential customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the technical team whenever required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, demos, follow-ups, and sales.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Collect feedback from prospects and share it with the management/team.
- Maintain a professional relationship with existing and prospective customers.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making regular phone calls to customers.
- Basic understanding of software/IT products.
- Ability to confidently conduct a software demonstration.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, WhatsApp, and CRM/lead management tools.
- Prior experience in IT sales, software sales, or inside sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Performance Expectations

The candidate will be evaluated based on:

- Number of leads contacted
- Follow-up quality and consistency
- Software/product demos conducted

- Monthly sales performance
- Customer feedback and communication quality

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
