EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :

- Minimum 12th Standard or higher.
- Diploma or certification in IT (Information Technology) / Computer Science / Computer Hardware / Networking, or related fields.
- CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or preferred equivalent certifications.

EXPERIENCE :

- Prior experience in technical support, customer support, or ISP-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.

REQUIREMENTS :

- Working knowledge of networking concepts such as LAN, WAN, VLAN, and DHCP.
- Experience or knowledge of ISP infrastructure, including Fiber and GPON.
- Hands-on knowledge of routers, switches, modems, and network cabling.
- Ability to perform basic network configuration and troubleshooting.
- Capability to drive a 2-wheeler is desirable; however,



candidates without this capability may also be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of ISP and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshooting hardware, network, and connectivity issues.
- Field-level support for fiber, GPON, and customer premises equipment.
- Coordination with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Documentation, updating reports, and maintaining technical configuration records.
