1. Receiving the vehicles for servicing as per SAS. :

2 . Ensure speedy maintenance and repair of veh.icl_!is through clear identification of

customers

needs and accurate demanded repair estimation .

3 . Ensure vehicle cleanliness through use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor

mats etc).

4. Provide clear cost estimates and keep customers informed of work progress.

5. Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost and completion times.

7. Actively promote the services and benefits of the dealers service and parts departments to all

customers.

8. Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.

9. Ensure all customer vehicles are clean and ready according to the promised completion time .

Road test for critical complaints along with the customer (e.g. problems related to engine,

transmission, suspension brakes etc. and repeat problems) .

11. Conduct Post-Repair Follow-up after 3 days of vehicles delivery to check customer 's

satisfaction.

12. Customer complaint need to be closed as per SAS procedure

13. CEI rating to be communicate to customer and assure they are delighted.

14. .Customer home visit to be done when ever required( complaint closing/customer canvassing)

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
