Location : Paloorpady, Near Manganam, Kottayam, Kerala

Nuvera Verification is looking for a motivated and responsible Customer Relations Executive to join our team. Candidates with experience in nurses’ certificate verification services are preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries regarding nurses’ certificate verification.

Follow up with customers and provide service updates.

Maintain customer records and coordinate with the team.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in nurses’ certificate verification.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Positive customer service and follow-up skills.

Candidates residing within 10 km of Kanjikuzhy,



Kottayam, are preferred.
