Your Task

We are seeking a Team Coordinator - German Language to coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests. This role requires 6 to 9 years of experience and candidates must have a notice period of 0 to 30 days. The Team Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily team operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes and service requests
- Act as the primary point of contact for German-speaking employees, stakeholders, and business partners
- Handle HR queries and employee requests in German and English, ensuring timely and accurate resolution
- Monitor team workloads, track service levels (SLAs), and ensure adherence to quality standards and deadlines
- Support the preparation and maintenance of employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR-related documentation
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Identify process gaps, resolve operational issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Prepare reports, analyze operational metrics, and provide regular updates to management
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies, including government authorities, insurance providers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified Team Coordinator - German Language with 6 to 9 years of experience,



strong fluency in German and English, solid HR operations background, and excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Must Have Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 6 to 9 years of experience
- 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Team Coordination, or Customer Service environments
- Fluency in German (B2/C1 level or higher) is mandatory
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Solid German communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent coordination abilities
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Decision-making capabilities
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Notice Period of 0 to 30 days

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM
- Experience supporting international or European clients
- Experience in HR Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS)
- Knowledge of German labor practices and HR processes
- Experience leading or coordinating small operational teams
