Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to support HR operations across our Sales and Service locations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and general HR administration. Candidates with automobile industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

* Recruitment & Selection: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Service positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding.

* HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.

* Statutory Compliance: Assist in handling statutory compliance activities, maintaining records, preparing documentation, and coordinating with relevant authorities.

* Employee Engagement: Support employee welfare initiatives, engagement activities, celebrations, and employee communication.

* HR Administration: Coordinate joining formalities, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.

* Reporting: Prepare recruitment trackers, manpower reports, attendance reports, and other HR MIS as required.

* Coordination: Work closely with department heads and location managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely recruitment.

Requirements:





* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

* 2–4 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.

* Experience in handling recruitment for Sales and Service roles is preferred.

* Basic knowledge of statutory compliance and labour laws.

* Valuable communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.
