About the Company NutriMealMate - Diet & Nutrition Clinic provides personalised nutrition consultations and diet-based wellness programmes to individuals seeking support with weight management and various nutrition-related health concerns. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Nutrition & Wellness Sales Executive to manage client enquiries, communicate our nutrition and wellness services, convert potential clients into consultation bookings and promote suitable wellness packages. The ideal candidate should have an interest in healthcare, nutrition and wellness, along with robust communication, client-handling and sales skills. Key Responsibilities 1. Handle incoming enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels. 2. Understand clients' requirements, health goals and expectations. 3. Explain the clinic's consultation services and wellness programmes. 4. Convert potential enquiries into confirmed consultation appointments. 5. Recommend suitable packages based on the client's requirements and the clinic's approved service structure. 6. Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication. 7. Handle client objections and clarify service-related queries. 8. Achieve assigned monthly sales and conversion targets. 9. Maintain enquiry records, lead status and follow-up reports. 10. Coordinate with dietitians and the clinic team to ensure a smooth client experience. 11. Support client retention, package renewals and repeat bookings. Required Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills.



- Strong Tamil and English communication. - Good interpersonal and convincing skills. - Ability to handle client enquiries professionally. - Sales negotiation and objection-handling skills. - Follow-up and relationship-management skills. - Basic knowledge of nutrition, healthcare and wellness. - Ability to work towards sales targets. - Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and Excel/Google Sheets. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related discipline is preferred. - Graduates from other disciplines with relevant healthcare sales experience may also apply. Preferred Candidate Profile - Experience in healthcare, nutrition, wellness, fitness or healthcare service sales. - Experience in selling consultations, treatment programmes or wellness packages. - Candidates with diet clinic, hospital, health-tech, fitness or wellness-centre experience will be preferred. - Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
