Line Automation | SPM | Fixtures & Gauges

Location: Bhosari MIDC, Pune, Maharashtra

Department: Design / Engineering

Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), line automation systems, fixtures, and gauges.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop concepts and 3D models for SPMs, automation systems, fixtures, and gauges.

✅ Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and assembly drawings.

✅ Select suitable standard components, including pneumatics, motors, actuators, sensors, bearings, and guides.

✅ Apply GD&T;, fits, tolerances, and engineering standards.

✅ Coordinate with manufacturing, assembly, and project teams.

✅ Support design reviews, trials, troubleshooting, and engineering changes.





✅ Ensure timely drawing release and maintain design documentation.

✅ Identify opportunities for cost reduction, standardization, and design improvement.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in 3D CAD software: Creo / SolidWorks / NX / Inventor.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D).

- Understanding of SPM, automation, fixture, and gauge design.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, assembly, pneumatics, and GD&T.;

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Criteria

Experience : 2–6 years in Design Engineering.

Required Experience in SPM, industrial automation, fixtures, and gauges.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
