Restaurant Manager
Location: Thoraipakkam, OMR, Chennai
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
* Lead, train and supervise restaurant staff
* Ensure high standards of food quality, service and hygiene
* Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
* Monitor sales, inventory and daily expenses
* Coordinate with kitchen and service teams
* Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations
* Customer-focused and responsible
* Ability to manage a fast-paced work environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
