Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content for social media
- Create creative content including graphics, captions, posts, and stories
- Manage and update all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar with consistent posting
- Shoot product photos and videos when needed
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries from followers and customers
- Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare simple reports
- Follow social media trends and apply them to our content
- Run and manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) if required
- Work with the management team to promote new products, offers, and campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation




- Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube features and algorithms
- Strong creative sense, with an eye for colour, design, and visual storytelling
- Positive written communication skills for captions and copywriting (English and/or Malayalam)
- Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics

Experience

0 to 1 years in digital marketing, video editing, or social media management. Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
