Job Responsibilities:

- Perform CFD simulations (internal and external flow, conjugate heat transfer, multiphase and transient analysis) to support the design and optimization of engine cooling products such as radiators, charge air coolers and heat exchangers.
- Prepare CAD geometry for analysis, including cleanup, defeaturing and fluid-domain extraction.
- Generate high-quality meshes (polyhedral, hexahedral, prism layers) and run mesh-sensitivity studies to ensure accuracy and convergence.
- Define boundary conditions, turbulence models and solver settings; monitor convergence and validate results against test and experimental data.
- Evaluate thermal and flow performance (pressure drop, heat rejection, flow distribution, temperature uniformity) and recommend design improvements.
- Collaborate with design,



testing and manufacturing teams to translate simulation insights into product improvements.
- Prepare clear technical reports and present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Support correlation of simulation results with physical test data and continuously improve simulation methods and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and standardize simulation workflows and templates.

Required Skills:

- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Thermal or related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in CFD analysis, preferably in automotive, thermal management or heat exchanger applications.
- Proficiency in CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, OpenFOAM or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, CATIA or NX) and pre-processing tools (ANSYS SpaceClaim, Fluent Meshing, ANSA or similar).
- Solid fundamentals in fluid mechanics, heat transfer and thermodynamics.
- Good understanding of turbulence modelling, CHT and meshing best practices.

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹840,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vadodara, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
