We are looking for a responsible and experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of our residential flats and society facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily maintenance and repair work.
- Supervise housekeeping, electricians, plumbers, and other maintenance staff.
- Ensure proper functioning of lifts, water supply, power backup, and common areas.
- Handle residents’ maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain maintenance records and manage repair expenses.

Requirements:





- Experience in residential property or society maintenance preferred.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage staff, vendors, and daily operations.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive.

Job Location: Zirakpur
Salary: 25000 to 35000
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
