Strong knowledge of Java EE application servers and Linux/Unix environments. Experience with Oracle RAC cluster databases. Familiarity with LDAP, SSL configurations, and security policies. Understanding of load balancing, clustering, and high-availability architecture. Skilled in monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus. Open to working 24x7 support and shift-based schedules for business-critical systems. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage increased technical situations & develop action plans. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
