Role & Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee academic strategy, curriculum design, and learning outcomes for remote programs aligned with national and global standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and instructional designers to ensure pedagogical excellence and learner engagement.
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams to integrate LMS platforms, assessment tools, and analytics dashboards into academic workflows.
- Develop policies for academic integrity, student progression, and continuous improvement of virtual learning environments.




- Represent the institution in academic forums, accreditation bodies, and partnerships to strengthen brand credibility and thought leadership.
- Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing learner performance, retention, and feedback metrics to refine academic offerings.
