What you’ll own
This isn’t a typical support role. Customers contact us in moments that matter, such as when a medicine delivery is delayed or an elderly parent urgently needs a prescription. You’ll own each issue until it’s resolved, coordinating across teams, making calls, and finding practical solutions. You’ll also help shape our approach to Customer Excellence.
Where you’ll spend your time
- Own customer issues from first contact to resolution across chat, phone, and email.
- Investigate problems thoroughly and identify root causes.
- Work with store teams, pharmacists, riders,
technology teams, and leadership to resolve customer concerns.
- Identify recurring issues and help improve products, processes, and operations.
What we’re looking for
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the determination to see issues through.
- Comfort using technology and learning new tools.
- Experience handling high-pressure situations is preferred, but not required.
Location and working arrangements
- Location: Bellandur, Bengaluru; this is an in-office role.
- Work week: Six days, with rotating day and night shifts.
- Transport is provided for late-night shifts.
